In this Youtube video I wanted to show you how to set up an anniversary sale in Pic-Time, so that it automatically sends your couple a sale on their wedding anniversary every year.

Pic-Time is my favorite software to use to deliver client galleries. As a wedding photographer, print sales and albums sales are one of the reasons you should be using an online gallery delivery software like Pic-Time. The main thing that drives print and album sales in my business are the many automations available to use. One of my favorites in particular is this anniversary sale, which is why I am so excited to share it with you. Once you have the Occasions set up and your clients wedding date synced in Pic-Time, it is super easy to start this automation and you never have to think about it! I have found that couples really love this reminder and it is a unique way to let your couples know you are thinking of them on their anniversary, too!

I saw this automation in Pic-Time and I thought it was really cool! So basically it’s an anniversary sale automation for wedding clients. The idea is that every year on their anniversary, they get an email about a sale or a coupon. So I thought we would look and set it up together that way. This automation in particular is actually already pre-made by the educator, India Earl, who I’m a fan of also. She put this together working with Pic-Time and I show you how to activate it.

So let’s say we wanted to do the sale for three years, the automation gives you the ability to determine how many years. Then we want to always check on what emails look like to make sure they sounds like you. So once everything is set up, every year on their anniversary, 21 days before they’re going to get these emails.
